These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made from United Peptide Research (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
- RESEARCH USE ONLY
All products offered by United Peptide Research are sold exclusively for legitimate laboratory, analytical, and scientific research purposes. Our products are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, application, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease or medical condition.
Our products are not medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or consumer products. They have not been evaluated or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for human or veterinary use.
- QUALIFIED PURCHASERS
By purchasing from us, you represent that:
• You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
• You possess the knowledge, training, facilities, and equipment necessary to safely handle research materials.
• You are purchasing solely for lawful laboratory or research purposes.
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we believe a product may be used for an unauthorized, unsafe, or unlawful purpose.
- PROHIBITED USES
Products purchased from United Peptide Research must not be used:
• For human or animal consumption;
• By injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, or any other form of administration;
• For medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, recreational, bodybuilding, or performance-enhancement purposes;
• In food, drugs, cosmetics, household products, or commercial products intended for human or animal use; or
• In any manner prohibited by applicable law.
Instructions, dosage recommendations, or guidance concerning human or animal use are not provided and must not be requested.
- ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Research materials may present known and unknown hazards. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the safe receipt, storage, handling, use, and disposal of all products. The purchaser must independently assess each product’s risks and use appropriate safety procedures, protective equipment, and qualified personnel.
Any use contrary to these Terms, including human or animal use, is unauthorized and undertaken entirely at the purchaser’s own risk.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, United Peptide Research and its owners, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for any injury, illness, death, property damage, loss, or expense resulting from unauthorized handling, misuse, human or animal consumption, or any use contrary to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
- INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless United Peptide Research and its owners, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of a product, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or unauthorized human or animal use.
- NO MEDICAL ADVICE
Nothing appearing on our website—including product names, descriptions, research references, or third-party information—constitutes medical advice or a recommendation for human or veterinary use. Consult an appropriately licensed professional for medical or veterinary questions.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts having jurisdiction in [COUNTY], New York, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
